/&gt;Coza a lata de leite condensado, na panela de pressão durante 1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;Depois de cozida deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;Retire o leite condensado para uma tijela e junte-lhe as gemas, bata tudo muito bem com a batedeira.&lt;br /&gt;Bata as claras em castelo, deixe-as bem firmes.&lt;br /&gt;Envolva as claras com o leite com cuidado.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque numa taça e leve ao congelador por
